		<description>You know all the talk about a payroll cap - it is only directed at the Yankees who are making a mockery of the game even though they are playing by the rules. A cap would probably around $135 million - only the Yankees supercede that and by $80 million. Baseball is not like other businessed - it is entertainment and should be on a somewhat level playing field. This is why they are so despised throughout the USA.</description>
